Jason and the crew are top notch.  Had a couple minor issues with a used mower that I purchased and they stood behind it as they said they would which is not so common these days with other companies.  I would highly recommend there services and I will be back when I’m in need of parts or service.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Middleton Power Center.

Even though I arrived just five minutes before closing, CJ greeted me with a smile and was incredibly courteous. He came out to my car to remove my lawn mower blade; to get sharpened, he handled the transaction efficiently and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. What stood out even more was the overall atmosphere—everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it made a lasting impression.

Kudos to Duane, the owner, for fostering such a positive and customer-focused environment.

They were very helpful in making sure the right part was ordered for our very old chainsaw.  We were told the wrong closing time, and the time was wrong at the time of our first visit on the internet, too.  That wasted trip left me at least 4 dents in my car from a hail storm.  That made me unhappy.  Still, we will seek their help in the future.

Their posted hrs were changed on their site during our visit so they are correct now.

This past week we purchased a Toro product which is electric and has two attachments one as a string trimmer and the other as a 10 inch mini Rototiller. I called Middleton power in the weeks prior to get their thoughts on what would work for me. Then I came in, and met with Jason in sales. He was a great help in assessing which product would work especially the tiller function. He was able to get the unit on site. Also spent a lot of time with me in instructing how to use it. I’ve used it several times this week for spring projects and it’s been great. Really love this product. Especially appreciate the excellent service from Middleton Power Center.
